Andmore work in partnerships to build high quality homes for our customers across the North West.
Our ethos is simple: We build better homes for better living. We like to keep the process of building homes as straightforward as possible – working with our partners, suppliers and customers to deliver excellence and providing fantastic low carbon, low running cost homes which are better for the planet and for all of us.

Sustainability
Sustainability is built into everything we do and we are constantly working to improve what we do and how we do it. Our homes are zero gas which is a step in the right direction. We use modern methods of construction (MMC) including timber frame and pre insulated ground slabs that are built off site and craned into position.
We incorporate technology such as EV charging and solar panels plus many more solutions to help put us on the right path towards achieving our zero carbon goal.
Inspiration
We are inspired by the places in our great towns and cities which put people first, embody great design matched with beautiful public spaces.
Successful neighbourhoods grow over many years and have lots of layers, making them desirable places to live.
We work with partners who want to help us create exciting new communities with modern, sustainable homes. Walking, cycling and access to outside space are integral to our approach.
