Overview

Having designed and obtained planning permission we are delivering these six cracking homes in partnership with Mosscare St Vincents (MSV) Housing.

When complete, the homes will be available for shared ownership via MSV Housing and feature high ceilings and large windows together with high quality kitchens and bathrooms. Each home has a private garden and the development is located within walking distance of local transport networks, shops and schools.

As with all Andmore homes, we’ve made the homes as sustainable as we can by taking the following steps:

The houses are built with an energy efficient and low carbon timber frame and,
MMC pre insulated concrete slabs.
The houses contain high levels of insulation and are air tight.
LED lights are installed throughout the homes to help reduce energy use.
Mechanical ventilation (MVHR) helps minimise energy use and helps keep the air in the building cleaner.
Hot water cylinders with heat pumps improve energy efficiency and lower bills.

We are encouraging biodiversity by planting beds with a wide variety of plant species.
All the white goods we supply are water efficient.
All WCs are dual flush.
All the heating controls are WI-FI programmable ensuring residents control their environments.
Each house is equipped with electric vehicle charging capability and secure cycle parking is provided.
