Frederick Road is a 271 apartments scheme on the Salford University corridor on Frederick Road.

This was a land led development project in which we worked in partnership with the landowner to promote through the project through the planning system to obtain successful planning consent for the project. This involved positive discussions with the planners to arrive at a scheme that optimised the site providing much needed accommodation right next door to the university. Following planning approval we completed the successful sale to a specialist student housing provider.

The project included 271 apartments together with ground floor communal facilities, gym, café and basement car parking and associated servicing and landscaping.
