We worked with Knowsley Council and third party landowners to secure an allocation for housing within the Local Authority housing allocations.

In addition, we successfully supported Knowsley in an application to be awarded Garden Village status. This was a long process involving multiple consultations and many stakeholders to develop an appropriate masterplan for the overall site for approximately 1500 homes.

Following the securing of the overall Halsnead masterplan, we worked with multiple landowners and national housebuilder to develop a residential scheme to submit a detailed planning application. Following the planning process and completion of the appropriate Section 106 and other agreements the site was sold to a national housebuilder in 2022.
