At Honeywall, we have 11 two bedroom houses, 20 three bedroom houses and four, four bedroom houses. All feature tall ceilings and big windows, paired with stunning interiors complete with high quality, fully fitted kitchens with appliances, designer bathrooms plus loads of outdoor spaces.

The lovely village of Madeley Heath is in Staffordshire and is between Newcastle under Lyme and Crewe in Cheshire.

Being delivered in partnership with Homes England, the development is expected to complete during 2025.

We try to make all of our projects as sustainable as possible and at Honeywall Lane we are delivering:

  • The houses are built with an energy efficient and low carbon timber frame and,
  • MMC pre insulated concrete slabs.
  • The houses contain high levels of insulation and are super air tight.
  • LED lights are installed throughout the homes to help reduce energy use.
  • Mechanical ventilation (MVHR) helps minimise energy use and helps keep the air in the building cleaner.
  • Hot water cylinders with heat pumps improve energy efficiency and lower bills.
  • All the white goods we supply are water efficient.
  • All WCs are dual flush.
  • All the heating controls are WI-FI programmable ensuring residents control their environments.
  • Minimum EPC(Energy Performance Certificate) B.
  • Minimum low carbon rating A.
  • Each house is equipped with electric vehicle charging capability and secure cycle parking is provided.
  • We are encouraging biodiversity by planting beds with a wide variety of plant species.
