This was a tricky brief. Our Project Recovery Service team stepped in to complete this project after the previous builder went into administration.

Projects like this need a full forensic assessment from a design, construction and financial position to ensure all the necessary requirements of funders, warranty providers and end users are achieved.

We needed to do a lot of quality improvements including stripping out defective works, providing new fit out, external and groundworks. We dealt with the administrative process to ensure our client achieved building warranty approvals ahead of sales and lettings.
